In India 0.75 Rs per liter is definitely not economical. otherwise the technology is very good.

We are working for a new technology called ELFLOX(R) combined with BASIC(R) MEM. Fresh polluted water we give it a currancy treatment DC voltage 11 Watt/m3 and make afterwards an Ultra Membrane filtration. 50.000 MW. The permeate is better than the WHO regulations
Exploitationcosts 6000 m3/h plant about 0,08 €/m3, Skids for every 200 m3/h! We need no chemicals for UF-cleaning and our fluxes approx 510 lmh/bar TMP
The same plant you can use for pretreatment Seawater for Desalination plants. We skip al foulants with that technique out of the seawater. For ELFLOX(R) see www.wazutec.com.
